Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This 66-year-old woman was unhappy with the contour of her upper arms as a result of the excess skin laxity in those areas.
She underwent a brachioplasty which is a surgical procedure that removes the excess skin and fat from the upper arms. The scar was placed in the position where it would be the least noticeable with natural and normal arm movement.
The photographed results seen here are done in 2 stages:
Views 1 through 5: Pre-op vs. 3 months Post-Op
Views 6 through 10: 3 months Post-Op vs. 5 months Post-Op
She is very happy with her results! As you can see in the photos, her scars have begun to lose their redness and will continue to gradually fade to a smooth, pale line. Just look at the difference between 3 months to 5 months - they're looking great!
