This 45-year-old mother was unhappy with the resulting excess skin and fat on her abdomen after having success with weight loss. She underwent a Fleur de Lys abdominoplasty with liposuction to remove skin and fat from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions.

Many people worry about the nature of the scars and healing for Fleur de Lys abdominoplasty surgery.  As you can see in her "after" photos nearly 1 year later, the scars are healing beautifully and are of no concern whatsoever especially when compared to the incredible amount of skin reduction and body contouring that has been achieved.  Although still slightly pink in appearance, these are still very new scars which will continue to fade over time.
