Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This 42-year-old woman was unsatisfied with the size and shape of her breasts. This was especially the case because she had previously undergone a right sided lumpectomy which left her with some asymmetry.
She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy surgery using two different size implants to compensate for the volume loss due to her lumpectomy. The skin excision was done through a vertical "lollipop" style mastopexy, and the scars are already starting to fade nicely even at this early post operative stage.
The results seen here show a natural appearing result, with good size, shape and symmetry. And most importantly, she is happy!
