This 34-year-old mother was unhappy with the size, lack of fullness and sagging appearance of her breasts after having her children and was looking to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.
She had breast implants as well as a breast lift. The implants (450 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position, and the skin laxity is removed.
She is very happy! The results seen here just over 3 months after surgery shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
