This 43-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.
She had breast implant surgery using 325 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy). The implants gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her flanks and thighs to both breasts, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.
She is very happy with her results! The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
