- Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift)
This 33-year-old woman was unhappy with the lack of fullness, asymmetry and sagging appearance of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.
During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice.
She is happy with her results!
The silicone gel implants (375 grams on the left; 400 grams on the right) helped to correct her pre-operative asymmetry and gave her the size and volume she was looking for, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.
The photos seen here taken just under 3 months after her surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. The scars on her breasts still have redness to them but will fade over time.
