This 42-year-old mother was unhappy with the changes to the size and shape of her breasts after having children and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.
She had breast implants as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift. The implants (205 gram silicone gel) gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.
She is super happy! The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
