Unhappy with the size and lack of fullness in appearance, this healthy 29-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she wanted a larger, fuller look to her breasts. 

"Composite Augmentation" surgery - which is breast augmentation surgery with the addition of fat grafting - is what was decided best for her during her consultation.

She had breast implant surgery using 330 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.  For added volume she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.

The photographed results seen here are done in 2 stages:

• Views 1 through 5:  Pre-op vs. 3 months Post-Op
• Views 6 through 10:  3 months Post-Op vs. 1 year & 3 months Post-Op

She is very happy with her outcome and her implants have settled into the pocket very nicely!
