This 39-year-old mother was unhappy with the resulting changes and lack of fullness to her breasts post-pregnancy and wanted a larger, fuller look.
During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on "Composite Augmentation" surgery which is a breast augmentation with the addition of fat grafting.
She had breast implant surgery using 450 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket under the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.
The outcome seen here 10 months after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller size she was looking for and she is very happy with her results. The redness of her scars has almost completely disappeared and is nicely hidden in her infra-mammary folds.
