This 43-year-old woman was unhappy with her asymmetrical breasts. For many years, she would pad her bra to appear more balanced in her clothes but she would always deal with the difficulty and worry of the silicone pad moving and shifting while wearing it.
After her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she underwent 2 procedures at the same time: a Breast Augmentation of her right breast and a Mastopexy (breast lift) of her left breast, both done with Fat Grafting.
The breast augmentation of her right breast was done with a 350 gram implant placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
The mastopexy (breast lift) of her left breast raised the breast by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour all done without the use of an implant.
The fat grafting was performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.
She is very happy with her results! The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. Best of all, she is feeling confident in her clothes without worry.
