Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This healthy young woman was disappointed with the natural development of her breasts. She wanted a larger size, with a fuller contour, especially along the lower pole of the breast; but, she did not want her pectoralis major muscle touched. Keeping the maximum amount of pectoralis muscle strength, and avoiding any muscle-related implant deformity with flexion was critical to her.
After her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had Breast Augmentation surgery using a 3.5cm incision in the infra-mammary fold (the crease under the breast) and a sub-fascial (under the breast tissue, but above the chest wall muscle) placement of her breast implants without interfering with the muscle.
The result seen here just 3 months after surgery shows the larger, fuller look and size she was looking for. She is very happy so far and excited for her further results as the implants continue to settle into their pockets giving her that natural look!
