This healthy 37-year-old mother was unhappy with the resulting changes and lack of fullness to her breasts post-pregnancy and wanted a larger, fuller look.
She had breast implant surgery using 365 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket under the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller size she was looking for and she is very happy with her results.
