Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This 78-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts (worse on her right side) causing superior implant malposition after having previous breast augmentation surgery years ago at another facility.
At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had breast implant revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture. In addition, she wanted to have very similar size of implants as her original, so her implants were replaced with 415 gram silicone implants. Plus, to help with improved symmetry and fullness she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.
The result seen here just 2 months after surgery demonstrates that the size and shape are much improved and the patient is very happy with her improvement!
