Breast Implant Removal with Mastopexy

This 30-year-old woman previously had  breast augmentation surgery with another clinic close to a decade ago (405 gram silicone implants).  She came to visit us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo as she had complaints of back pain due to the heaviness of her breasts and felt that she no longer wanted her implants at this stage of her life and wanted the implants removed. 

During consultation with her, she decided to have her implants removed and to have Mastopexy surgery (breast lift) instead of adding implants back in by using her natural size and lifting the nipples to a more desirable position.  Capsulectomy of both breasts was performed as well.

The result seen here 4 months after surgery demonstrates that the shape of her breasts is providing a natural, full appearance without implants.  The slight redness of her scars will continue to fade over time.  She is happy with her decision and results!
