Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
Sometimes no matter how much fitness and healthy dieting we can do there may be excess tissue that will just not go away. Such is the case with this healthy 32-year-old man that was unhappy by the shape and size of his right breasts which had him avoiding shirtless activities and feeling embarrassed by the appearance of his chest.
He had a gynecomastia operation done with a combination of mild liposuction and removal of excess glandular tissue on his right side only all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest.
There are no scars at all on the breast itself, and the post-operative shape and contour are very much improved. The size of the areola is more masculine, the feminine projection of the breast is gone, and the result is a more sculpted, fit, masculine chest.
