Mastopexy with Fat Grafting - 2 Years Later

This 40-year-old mother was unhappy with the resulting changes after having her children leaving her with sagging breasts and lower position of her nipples compared to before pregnancy. 

After her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, she underwent Mastopexy (breast lift) surgery with Fat Grafting which raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour all done without the use of implants, and the Fat Grafting is performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.

The photographed results seen here are done in 2 stages:

Views 1 through 5:  Pre-op vs. 3 months Post-Op - Her breast shape and nipple position are excellent.  She is already very happy with her transformation!

Views 6 through 10:  These particular photos show her results 3 months after surgery compared to 1 year 10 months after surgery.  Look how well her scars have healed and faded over time ... they have virtually disappeared nearly 2 years later!
