This 53-year-old woman was unhappy with the way the skin of her lower eyelids was drooping and creating heavy appearing folds and creases, and she felt that it made her look old and tired.
She underwent lower lid "pinch" blepharoplasty (skin only) with micro fat grafts to the tear troughs while doing it all without leaving a visible scar.
As you can see in the post operative photos, her eyes themselves take main stage and the baggy folds have greatly improved after only 3 months since her surgery!
