This 59-year-old patient was unhappy with the look of her upper and lower eyelids. She felt that her drooping upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags made her look tired all the time, even when she was not.
She had both upper and lower eyelid surgery to remove the excess skin, trim back and reposition the fat pads, and generally refresh the look of her eyes all without any visible scarring.
