This 51-year-old mother was unhappy with how the excess skin and fat under her eyes was creating deep creases in the tear troughs, made her eyes look puffy and generally tired. A tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. It can cast a shadow below your eyes, resulting in a tired appearance.
She underwent lower lid blepharoplasty surgery (eyelid lift) while doing it all without leaving a visible scar.
It's been just 1 month after her surgery and, as you can see in the photos, the subtle but effective changes to her lower eyelids make them flatter through the tear troughs with less wrinkling making the puffy and tired appearance virtually disappear.
