- Mommy Makeover
This healthy 38-year-old mother with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. She also was unhappy with her old C-Section scar and the puckered look of her abdomen that she was left with after having her children.
She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which included scar revision surgery to correct the after effects of the C-Section and help release the tightness of the scar which was not helping it to look the way it did, along with breast implant surgery using 650 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and thighs to both breasts.
The results seen here are 1 year after her surgery and the redness of her scars will fade with time. However, she is very pleased with the changes in breast position, breast fullness and abdominal contour!
