This 40-year-old mother was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts, and with the bulging appearance and excess skin and fat on her abdomen after having her children.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Fat Grafting.

She is very happy with her results!

Implants were not something she was personally looking for, so she underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) along with Fat Grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.

The photographed results seen here are done in 2 stages:

Views 1 through 5:  Pre-op vs. 3 months Post-Op
Views 6 through 10:  3 months Post-Op vs. 1 year 10 months Post-Op

Her breast shape and nipple position are excellent and she has a much flatter and tighter appearing core.  Her scars have virtually disappeared with such slight redness now at nearing 2 years compared to when she visited us 3 months after her surgery.
