This healthy 28-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. She also was unhappy with her abdominal contour and excessive loose skin she was left with after having her children.
She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which included a standard abdominoplasty along with breast implant surgery as well as a breast lift. The implants (385 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position, and the skin laxity is removed.
The photos seen here just over 1 year "after" surgery shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward along with a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time. The ultimate result is a very happy patient!
