This very pleasant 51-year-old woman had a very successful journey with weight loss.  Although she was very happy to lose the weight, she was unhappy with the subsequent appearance of her breasts and abdomen.  So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo to explore the options available to her.

She underwent a standard abdominoplasty along with a vertical mastopexy (breast-lift) along with fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts to help with improved symmetry and fullness.  No breast implant was used in this case.

The result seen here is over 1 year after her surgery!  The changes in breast position, breast fullness and abdominal contour seen here explains why this particular patient so pleased with her decision to have surgery and how well her results have held over time.
