This 28-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.   She also was unhappy with the resulting excess skin and fat on her abdomen after having her children. Like many of us, no matter how much healthy eating and exercise done there are still times when excess fat lingers that just won't disappear and loose skin that will never tighten nearly enough, just like for her. 

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) along with breast augmentation surgery.  In her case, she also had a breast lift (mastopexy) and her abdominoplasty was done with a Fleur de Lys approach to remove skin and fat from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions. 

She is so, so pleased!

The implants (405 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here just over 3 months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward along with a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core.

Many people worry about the nature of the scars and healing for Fleur de Lys abdominoplasty surgery.  As you can see in her "after" photos just 3 months later, the scars are healing beautifully and are of no concern whatsoever especially when compared to the incredible amount of skin reduction and body contouring that has been achieved.

Although still red in appearance on her breast and abdomen, these are still very new scars just a few short months after her surgery which will continue to fade over time.
