This healthy 28-year-old mother was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and wanted a fuller, larger appearance.  She was also unhappy with the excess skin on her abdomen after having her children.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) along with breast surgery.

We performed an abdominoplasty with breast augmentation surgery using a periareolar incision which healed beautifully over the subsequent months.  Her implant is a smooth round 265 cc, cohesive silicone gel implant placed under the muscle in the subpectoral pocket.

Just look at her incredible transformation!  She is very happy with her results now just over 1 year later!

The result seen here shows a soft, natural appearance to the breasts.  They are larger, more projecting and yet they do not look surgically enhanced.  One year from her surgery date, the breasts remain soft, natural appearing and, most importantly, the patient remains very happy with how she looks.

And, her abdominal scar is virtually invisible at her bikini line.
