This 41-year-old woman came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo as she was unhappy with the excess fat and skin, and laxity of the muscles of her abdomen.  And, although she liked their size, she was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Fat Grafting.

The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) included some liposuction of the abdomen, lower back and flanks, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

Implants were not something she was personally looking for, so she underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) along with Fat Grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat back to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.

It has been 3 months since her surgery and she is very happy with how well her results look!  The results seen here photographed 5 years after surgery show how her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved and how her tummy tuck has given her a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core.  The redness of her scars will continue to fade over time.
