This 53-year-old mother was unhappy with the large size, asymmetry and sagging appearance of her breasts which caused her shoulder pain.  She also had concerns with the "bikini pouch" appearance of the excess skin and fat on her abdomen

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Reduction.

Implants were not something she was personally looking for, so she underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) with Reduction plus liposuction.  The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her breasts and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position on the chest wall and reposition both nipples.  The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery with liposuction was done to help with a flatter appearance and improved contour.

The photos seen here 3 months after surgery show a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core, and her breast symmetry, size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved.  While her scars still shows some redness this has continued to fade over time and will continue to do so to a virtually invisible line.
