This 62-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the large size and sagging appearance of her breasts along with her abdominal contour, excessive fat and loose skin.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Reduction plus liposuction of each breasts and lateral chest wall on both sides.

The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her breasts and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position on the chest wall and reposition both nipples.  And, she had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which included liposuction of the flanks and mons pubis, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

She is so pleased with her results!

The results seen here are photographed just 3 months after surgery giving her a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core and her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved.  It has only been 3 months since the day she had surgery so her scars still have some redness to them, but they have healed nicely and will continue to fade over time.
