This 40-year-old woman was unhappy with the resulting sagging appearance of her breasts after her successful journey with weight loss and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.  She was also unhappy with excessive fat and skin on her abdomen after her successful journey with weight loss.

Like many of us, no matter how effective our lifestyle changes are and how much healthy eating and exercise done there are still times when excess fat lingers that just won't disappear and loose skin that will never tighten, just like for her.

So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo to explore the options available to her.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Augmentation plus a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Fat Grafting.

The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) included liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

Her breast implant surgery was done using 350 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is very happy with her transformation!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward along with a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core.  The new scars have begun to lose redness at this early stage and will continue to fade over time.
