This 37-year-old woman was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look.  She was also unhappy with the excess skin on her abdomen.

So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo to explore the options available to her.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Augmentation.

The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was performed to remove the excess skin and fat, and to tighten the abdominal muscles.

Her breast implant surgery was done using silicone implants (286 gram on the right side and 265 gram on the left side to accommodate for her pre-operative asymmetry), placed in a pocket under the muscle through an incision in the infra-mammary fold.

She is so pleased with her transformation!  The photographed results seen here just 3 months after surgery show the size and fullness she was looking for and how her implants have begun to settle into the pockets along with a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  The new scars have begun to lose redness at this early stage and will continue to fade over time.
