This 45-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts along with the excess fat and skin on her abdomen. 

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy).

The abdominoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin and fat, and to tighten the abdominal muscles.  Liposuction was also done to her flanks and abdomen to help with a flatter appearance and improved contour. 

She also underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) with Reduction plus liposuction.  The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her breasts and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position on the chest wall and reposition both nipples.  The liposuction was performed only on her right breast to help with her pre-operative asymmetry.

She is pleased with her results!  Her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved and she has a flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  It has only been 3 months since the day she had surgery so her scars still have some redness to them, but they have healed nicely and will continue to fade over time.
