Augmentation Mastopexy

• Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift)

This healthy 38 year-old woman was unhappy with both the size of her breasts and the loose, saggy skin. She underwent, in a single stage, placement of a moderate projecting 345 gram, smooth, round silicone gel implant in the submuscular plane, as well as a vertical or "lollipop"breast lift.

The result seen here shows much improved volume, shape, proportion, and nipple position compared to the preoperative  photo. in this case, the surgical scars remain fairly  red in color because this photo is taken very early in the healing process. As time goes on, the scars will become softer, smoother,  flatter and  the red color  will fade away.
