• Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift)

This 35-year-old woman was unhappy with the size, shape and sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.  She also had some excess skin on her lateral chest that she wanted gone.

We performed breast augmentation surgery using 465cc & 425cc silicone gel implants (to correct pre-operative asymmetry) placed in a pocket under the muscle.  In addition to the augmentation, she also had a mastopexy (breast lift) to help tighten the skin and lift the nipple into a better position.  Plus, she underwent a lateral chest lift on both sides.

It has only been 3 months since her surgery and she is very happy with her transformation!

The implants gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.  The skin laxity of her lateral chest on both sides has also been removed.  Many people worry about the nature of the scars and healing for chest lift surgery.  As you can see in her "after" photos just 3 months later, the scars are healing beautifully and are of no concern whatsoever especially when compared to the amount of skin reduction and body contouring that has been achieved.
