This active 28-year-old woman was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and the changes due to weight loss with her exercise regime. She came to us at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic to ask about the possibility of fuller, larger breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.
She had breast implants as well as a breast lift. The implants (385 gram silicone gel) that were place under the muscle gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position, and the skin laxity is removed.
The photos seen here at approximately 3 months after surgery shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples lifted into better position. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time. She is a very happy!
