This healthy 33-year-old woman came to see us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look because she was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts. 

A breast augmentation with the added fat grafting is referred to as a "Composite Augmentation".

She had breast implant surgery using 275 gram and 310 gram silicone implants (to balance pre-operative asymmetry), placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume and fullness of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

She is happy with how she looks and feels!  The result seen here just 3 months after surgery show the larger, fuller look and size she was looking for.
