Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This healthy 45-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts (worse on her right side) causing superior implant malposition after having previous breast augmentation surgery at another facility.
At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had breast implant revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture. In addition, she wanted a larger size - her original 550 gram implants were replace with 695 gram silicone implants. Plus, to help with improved symmetry and fullness she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and thighs to both breasts.
The result seen here after surgery demonstrates that the size and shape are much improved and the patient is very happy with her results!
