This 64-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts and general dissatisfaction with her previous breast augmentation surgery completed over a decade ago at another facility.
At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had Breast Implant Revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture. In addition, she wanted to have a more proportionate size of implants as opposed her original, approximately 450 cc saline implants; so, they were replaced with 325 gram silicone implants. Also, to help with improved symmetry and fullness she also had a Mastopexy (Breast Lift) plus Fat Grafting which used liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.
The result seen here just 3 months after surgery demonstrates that the size and shape are much improved. And the best part, she is very happy!
